Lantana Homes was created in 1996 with its mission to provide quality homes in Kenya for a discerning high-end market. To achieve this, our focus has been on design and project management, which are carried out internally by our in-house architects and project managers.

To date we have successfully undertaken 5 projects, creating 115 additional quality homes in the up-market suburbs of Nairobi.

Our aim is to continue to rethink and develop products to meet our client’s demands and create homes that are differentiated by the design, layout and finishes, while meeting the basic requirements of offering a private living space in a secure shared compound.

We are proud to say that our developments have attracted a wide range of homeowners including families, young professionals, retired couples, local and foreign investors.
