Lantana Galu Beach will be administered by a professional management company to ensure that the entire property is constantly maintained to the highest standards. This company shall be responsible for the up-keep and running of all the common areas, facilities and services.

It will also ensure that the exterior of all the buildings are maintained kept in good repair and painted.

Rental Programme: A professional rental programme will be offered, generally to target short stay holiday lets, with the purpose of giving owners a potential rental revenue stream. In order to participate in this rental programme buyers will have to offer their units on a fully furnished and serviced basis. Units will be furnished by pre-selected interior designers and kitchens will be equipped with white goods from respectable brands.
