Facilities: at the entrance of the development, there is two-storey building offering versatile spaces. On the ground floor there is a large open plan reception, coffee bar, convenience shop, a business centre and management offices. The first floor houses a spacious fully equipped gym and massage & beauty studio.

The restaurant and bar are situated a step away from the beach overlooking the ocean and set in lush tropical gardens.
The property also includes two swimming pools complete with outdoor furniture.
In addition, the development provides: furnished and serviced staff accommodation for guests, a borehole with reverse osmosis plant ensuring a constant supply of soft water, a full back-up generator, DSTV in each unit, wireless Internet connectivity and intercom connections between buildings.

Security is well planned for with a stone boundary wall along the perimeter of the property, an electric fence, CCTV, an intercom system to the guard stations and reception and back-up radio alarms.

The environment: Key features have been incorporated into the development making it environmentally sensitive, these include: use of solar power, waste water purification and recycling, rain water harvesting and waste management systems.

Management: Lantana Galu Beach is administered by a professional management company to ensure that the entire property is constantly maintained to the highest of standards. This company is responsible for the up-keep and running of all the common areas, facilities and services.
It also ensures that the exterior of all the buildings are maintained kept in good repair and painted.

Rental Programme: A professional rental programme has been created, generally to target short stay holiday lets, with the purpose of giving owners a potential rental revenue stream. In order to participate in this rental programme buyers will have to offer their units on a fully furnished and serviced basis.

Sales All units are being sold on a fully furnished and equipped basis. The sales prices therefore include all furnishings, electrical items, white goods, linen, cutlery and crockery. The objective is to future owners a hassle free solution – pick up the keys and move in for the holidays!

Construction of the project started in August 2008. The property has been in occupation since November 2010 and open for holiday lets since December 2010.
In order to allow future owners to get a real feel of the homes, furnished show units are open for viewing on the property everyday from 9am to 5pm.
