The bungalows offer single storey two and three bedroom accommodation, similar in plan to the apartments but in a lush tropical garden setting. The real charm of these detached units is that the living areas and bedrooms open onto large verandas that offer leafy and tranquil spaces for relaxation, as well as direct access to the gardens.

The design of the bungalows will be similar in character to the other buildings. Swahili features combined with contemporary elements will provide light and airy interiors finished with granito floor tiles, ceramic wall tiles and timber framed windows.

The kitchen is semi open plan with a well laid out preparation space with granite worktops, custom made cabinets, a breakfast counter, ceramic tiling to walls and floors and an adjacent utility / laundry room.

The bedrooms will all open onto verandas, benefiting from natural light and cross ventilation. All the bedrooms will have their own bathroom and fitted wardrobes with timber louvered doors. There is also a sizeable study with large windows situated adjacent to the entrance hall.

Additional facilities include air conditioning in all bedrooms, ceiling fans in all rooms, satellite TV connection, internet connectivity and intercom connection to all other buildings.
